Shipping Policy

Leotoon operates solely in the B2B domain, catering exclusively to wholesale and retail orders. The company does not directly serve end consumers. However, end consumers can contact the company for queries or service-related issues, excluding quotations, orders, or dispatch matters. All B2B orders are dispatched within 3 working days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) from the receipt of full payments for the ordered goods. We deliver products to almost all parts of India.

 

Transport Charges: For all executed orders (except Chennai), the payment is on a “TO PAY” basis unless specified otherwise in writing on the proforma invoice. Buyers must specify their preferred “Transport Company” for negotiation on the best deal. In other cases, orders will be executed through the most cost-effective logistics partners based on our discretion. No claims will be entertained if the buyer feels the freight cost charged by the transporter is higher. All orders within Greater Chennai Corporation limits are eligible for “FREE DELIVERY.”

 

Orders Tracking: After 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) of shipping, the respective lorry receipt/docket copy will be shared with the buyer via email or WhatsApp. The responsibility of tracking the shipment lies with the buyer unless there is an issue brought to our notice in writing via email/WhatsApp. No tracking claims will be entertained after 25 days of shipping.

 

Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time (FCL Orders) for each zone is as follows:

  • South India: 3 days
  • North India: 7 days
  • East India: 5 days
  • West India: 5 days

 

Address: Before confirming orders, the buyer must specify if the billing address and shipping address are different. Once orders are confirmed and dispatch is completed, changing the address will not be possible. However, the buyer may directly place the request with the transporter and follow their procedures.

 

GSTN Details: Before confirming orders, the buyer must provide the correct GSTN details. Once orders are confirmed and dispatch is completed, GSTN details cannot be changed. Orders without GSTN details will be treated as “Unregistered Dealer” and billed accordingly (no input credit for the buyer).

 

International Locations: For FCL (Full Container Load) orders, the company can also ship to international locations. However, prices will vary depending on the container size and the destination country.

 

Non-Availability on Delivery: Our logistics partners will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide the correct and active mobile number in the delivery address to facilitate faster delivery.
