At Leotoon, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, we are here to assist under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns: Products purchased from us directly, through re-sellers, or from any online stores are eligible for returns only under the following conditions:
- a) Wrong product shipment, and
- b) Wrong color shipment.
Return Requirements: All goods eligible for returns must be in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, valid debit & credit notes, and GST waybill (where applicable).
Transit Damage: We do not accept returns for any transit damage. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. However, we can assist with damaged parts, subject to availability.
Unsold Stocks and Dead Inventory: There are no returns accepted for unsold stocks or dead inventory.
Free Replacement: A “Free Replacement” option is available for all faulty parts (maximum 2%) for all purchased goods within 15 days of buying.
Battery & Motor Warranty: All batteries and motors used in our electronic toys carry a 3-month replacement warranty. All worn-out batteries must be sent back to the company for recycling, as they are environment pollutants and required under the “Batteries (Management and Handling) Rules, 2001.”
Spare Parts: All other spare parts can be supplied on payment, subject to availability. Faulty spare parts must be returned to the company for accounting purposes.
Refund Process: The refund process will be initiated only after we receive the product back in our warehouse and complete all necessary checks and verifications. If the genuineness of the claim is established, a “Credit Note” will be issued based on the buyer’s “Debit Note.” Please note that no “Cash/Bank Refund” is possible as a matter of policy. Any excess money will be treated as “Advance” in our books of accounts and can only be adjusted against the next purchase invoice.
